gettin a little tired of you survey...

3 March 2014

I recently joined a few paid survey websites.

Yes I know, what am I thinking?  I'm thinking this traveling habit is expensive, and I need to find some way to pay for it. I'll be selling personal items next.
And if anyone feels like being a facilitator, feel free to slip some cash along my way.
^_~

Regardless, I signed up to take some surveys sometimes. Doesn't take long, could end up in cash. Or gift cards.
Sounds like a ok racket to me.

But one of them, this one that I signed up for and sounds so excited about being part of community that expresses their opinions, and won't it be great when I get that $10 Amazon gift card....

Well - every single time I have attempted to take one of their surveys, it tells me that this "survey's quota has just been filled".
Every. Single. Time.

I have not been successful in taking a single survey. Not a one, sir. Exactly zero madame.

It is very frustrating.
Because no matter how quickly I click that link when it's emailed to me, and no matter how diligently I search on their site for new surveys, apparently several thousand other members have beat me to it.

Unless their quota is, like, 15.
In which case it might make a little more sense.

And there is a warning that sometimes it might kick you off a survey when you are halfway through because the quota has been met.... but I don't even get to *start* the survey and it's already been discarded as overdone.

Whut.

If this is the way all these surveys work, I am not going to be making much money with this scheme.

Nope.
