Lion Gardens

The weather cleared up a bit for our second day in Suzhou. It's a tourist town, full of gardens that have been sculpted for beauty. And museums. Which are mostly about the gardens.

It took us over half an hour to get this picture. Apparently, if we held still, we were free game for photo ops with other tourists.

 

 

Because it was the Lion garden, of course they had these lions sitting proudly in several places.  This one had been rubbed until most of the finish was gone.
